{Fixed [telephone number] : SUM([Number of Records])} < 10
Drag this to filter and select "TRUE".

Thank you for this calculation. I tried this; however, it is still counting all records and not the ones phone numbers that have less than 10 calls. Not sure why that is. I selected True on the filter. Do I need to show the filter?
