# Calculation Help

Hi all,

I am trying to create a calculation to ensure that our product is working for our clients.

We have 1 column that is either a 0 or 1. Each successful call (each call = 1 row) will have 1. Every unsuccessful call will have a 0.

I am trying to create a calculation that if a customer has ever had a successful call they will be excluded from the list of customers who have failed. However, if there is ever an unsuccessful call the customer (SC_Name) still populates the list.

I can't get my head wrapped around the Fixed Calculation to resolve this.

This is what I have so far:

{ FIXED [SC_Name]: (if SUM(answered) = 0  then 1 else 0 end) } = 1

AND

{ FIXED [SC_Name]: (if SUM(answered) > 0  then 1 else 0 end) } = 1 = 0

Hi Ben

Instead of using sum think about using Max()   - like if max() = 0 then include            type of conditional statement -

Hello Ben,

It would be nice if you could attache the mock-up data, it will help to understand the problem easily and quickly.

Below logic will give you "TRUE" for all clients who always had failed calls.

{ FIXED [SC_Name]: SUM(answered) } =0

For successful calls:

{ FIXED [SC_Name]: SUM(answered) }  > 1
