You wrote it correctly. Well, at least that syntax won't give you a calc error.
Can you upload a sample workbook? The key will really be in the table calc settings, and that is often dependent on what's been added to the sheet.
You might want to say:
IF SUM([Defense]) = WINDOW_MAX(SUM([Defense]))
then 7 else 0 END
Ok Joe. You calculation was correct. i just had another layer in that field, so i just peeled back the onion a little.
IF SUM([%Voice Sell-In]) = WINDOW_MAX(SUM([%Voice Sell-In]))
Then 7 else 0 END

I wouldn't have been able to do much with the screen shot you provided. I would still have asked for a sample workbook, and then pointed you to that link. It's so much easier to see what is what in a problem when we have an actual workbook to play with. So it's worth bookmarking that link for future reference.
