Counting combinations / classify, need help finding a "simple" solution

      Hello everyone,

I'm pretty new to Tableau and need some help/tips on how/if this can be solved in any easy way.

So, below is how my dataset looks.

      YNPoint 1Point 2Point 3Point 4Point 5
      YesLow-highHighLowMidLow
      NoLow-highLow-highMid-highMidLow
      YesLow-highHighLowLow-midLow
      YesLow-highHighLowLow-midLow
      YesMidMid-highNoneMidMid-high
      NoLow-highMid-highNoneMidMid-high
      NoMidMid-highMid-highMidLow
      YesLowMid-highNoneMidLow
      NoMidMid-highNoneMidLow
      NoMidMid-highNoneMidLow
      YesLow-highHighLow-midLow-midMid-high
      NoLow-highHighLow-midLow-midMid-high
      YesLow-highHighLow-midLow-midMid-high

Column "YN" indicates the outcome of a certain situation. The other columns has a fixed value on a 1 out of 5 scale; low, low-mid, mid, mid-high, high. Exception: Point 3 can also be "None". The dataset can also be extracted with digits, 1-5, and 0 for "none".

I need to find out how many times each unique combination occurs (or at least Top 10) for both the "Yes" and "No" outcome, to be able to see if theres certain pattern for each.

Any tips on how I can provide this insight using Tableau is ofcourse much appreciated!

      Thanks in advance
