    How to combine work for staff from several columns in Excel by Month

      I am trying to count the # of calls made by each staff per month.  There are 4 contact attempts for each referral and the initials of staff would be entered in the column next to the contact attempt.  The supervisor of that department would like to see the number of contact attempts by staff by month.  I know I need to create a calculated field to capture this but I am not sure exactly how to do that.  The columns are called IC Initials 1-4.  I only need to start with September 2018.  I am using Tableau Desktop 2018.1.  I have attached the Excel doc and the Tableau Workbook.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
