    Single simple Excel versus 16 sheets with hyperlink and action

      I like to keep it simple with Tableau not bogging down my workbooks with a ton of sheets. I think that taking a single simple Excel and having a column that says the following is better than the alternative;

      Report Name          Hyperlink1     Hyperlink2     Hyperlink3     Hyperlink4

      A                              http://               http://          http://               http://

      B                              http://               http://          http://               http://

      C                              http://               http://          http://               http://

      D                              http://               http://          http://               http://

      The alternative is 16 sheets that have a simple dimension that says for example Medicaid Appeals and it looks like a hyperlink coloring and underline and there is an action behind it that takes the person to the hyperlink. I find this to be far too much when I can

      put the hyperlink in an Excel and name that Hyperlink say Medicaid Appeals so it looks the same but I don't need to create an action and have 16 different sheets. What do you think. 1 Excel or 16 different actions and links? Keep in mind that as I add to my overall dashboard I will get new source reports so this will grow and has a potential t grow to about 50 hyperlinks which means 50 sheets. Nuts.
