The PDF can be created using tabcmd script (by GALLOP )

Thanks for the reply. Does this mean that there is no UI scheduling tool then?
VizAlerts: Data-driven alerting for Tableau Server will do this, and do it well. However, it does not use a "UI" per se--you build your reports in Tableau, and then you build the instructions for sending your reports in a separate Tableau sheet. So you'd just be using Tableau the entire time, and the tool will automatically email them out on whatever schedule, and whatever condition, you choose. Note that while I built this (with help from Jonathan Drummey), it is not a Tableau-supported tool.
