Hi Shikha, that is not expected. What remote desktop software are you using?
I am using Citrix Receiver. My 10.3 version is fine this problem is only in 2018.1.3.
This look weird to me.
Can you test it without Citrix, by using the machine's console directly, or if not, by using a different remote desktop program (such as Windows remote desktop)?

Since you already have 2018.1.3, you should try changing the setting suggested in the article.:
Go to Help > Settings and Performance. and uncheck Enable Accelerated Graphics.
If this doesn't solve your problem, I suggest that you contact Tableau technical support.
Using above setting I am able to see the error message.
