Create a frequency table with measure names and measure values

I would like to make a frequency table of the results of a survey with some 4o Likert-scale questions. The results look something like this:

      Q1Q2Q3
      Mike323
      Erica223
      Joe131
      Susan211
      Jason321
      Carmen323

I have already made a table showing the average results for each question, using Measure Names in the row headers:

      Average
      Q12.33
      Q22
      Q32

Now I would like to create a frequency table, to show that Q2 is a normal distribution and Q3 is bimodal. This is what I would like the finished table to look like:

      123
      Q1123
      Q2141
      Q3303

I need to use the Measure Names in the rows, but I am not sure how to get the three column headers. Am I asking too much?
