tableau show count of values in columns

    nikhil.jog

I have data like below (the top table). The bottom table shows the output that I want

For my output, for TypeA, I was easily able to create the required row. I did this on a new sheet

I can create new sheets for TypeB and TypeC.

question 2 below is the most important for me. I tried filter>>custom value from list, but it didn't work

      But

      1. Is there a way to create the second table on a single sheet?
      2. in case of TypeB and TypeC how do I force to show count of "production" when it is missing in those columns?
      3. is there a way to show totals row at bottom which would show total by count distinct project name? - Total of Pipeline should be one as there is only 1 project - C

I have a lot more columns and dashboards and I wont be able to pivot this data.
