    Conditional Formatting

    Rajesh Agarwal

      Hi,

      I have a problem with Conditional Formatting.

      In Column shelf, we have Delivery which has 3 values: Early, On Time and Late.

      On Row Shelf we have Carriers Name. Count are shown in Text box.

      Basically it is a Cross Tab Table display.

      Now I want to apply conditional formatting like this.

      If On Time delivery is >=95%, then that complete row should be in Green (including data for Late and Early). If On Time Delivery is < 95%, then that complete row should be red.

      I applied following calculation:

      IF

      (ATTR([Delivery])= 'On Time' and [%_Value] >= .95

      AND

      ATTR([Delivery])= 'Late' and [%_Value] >= 0)

      THEN 'Green'

      ELSE

      'Red'

      END

      It is not working. It shows all red.

      When I change calculation to

      IF

      ATTR([Delivery])= 'On Time' and [%_Value] >= .95

      THEN 'Green'

      ELSE

      'Red'

      END

      Then it shows On Time Delivery in Green but other 2 values (Late and Early) are in red.

      If On Time is >=95%, then all values; Late, Early and On Time should be green for that carrier.

      %_Value is a Table Calc showing percentage of value.

      Any help will be highly appreciated.

      Thanks!
