Do you have to do this with actions? You are complicating it if you do.
See "Detail" sheet in the attached. I set up a parameter and a filter calc. This would eliminate the first dashboard entirely.

I understood how you implemented this with help of parameter.
My users are so specific about the requirement (click through buttons) I mentioned above. Could you advise if that is possible? If it is so complicate then I'm ok to implement in my actual dashboard.

So the simple way would be to create 3 dashboard, with pre-filtered detail sheets (one <100, one 100-200...etc.) and then just send the relevant action to show the "right" dashboard.
we can get a bit fancier, by using an Action Driven sheet swap. I've done this in the attached
