Your workbook is connected with SQL database and you didn't take extract so we can't access this workbook. Please extract and then saved it in .twbx format.
I don't think you can remove the tooltip, but you could possibly do something like put the sheet on a dashboard, then add a floating Blank element with no fill, so it would be transparent, and place that over the top and bottom border of the reference band. It would block the hover tooltip, but it would also block hover over anything else in your graph. It might be possible to make it narrow enough to not impact greatly but I could not open your workbook to see what it looked like.
There is quite a discussion here, but on distribution bands the "Maximum" label cannot be removed: Hiding Reference line tooltip
Hi Ritu, there is no way to get rid of reference tooltips. You can improve their wording slightly, e.g. change from "Maximum Avg. 95th_Selector" to "Maximum 95th_Selector" by setting the default aggregation for the measure to the same as the aggregation in your view. When you do that, like when using a measure in any view, the aggregation type is not repeated. Please see attached image. Regards, Zach

I have attached a packaged workbook. Can you please check if you are able to open it now?
If yes, would you mind giving me a demo of your solution?
