Naveen B Sep 6, 2018 12:43 PM (in response to John Northrop)Hi John,
Create a calculated field like below
1)
Request:
If ATTR([Email Type])="Request"
then
SUM([Number of Records Column] )or COUNTD([Any distinct column to count])
END
2)
Acknowledged:
If ATTR([Email Type])="Acknowledged"
then
SUM([Number of Records Column] )or COUNTD([Any distinct column to count])
END
3) Acknowledged %
Acknowledged/Request
COUNTD([Any distinct column to count]) Means countd of any ID Column
If you have only one record for the email type then use SUM(Number of records)
Hope this helps

2. Re: Calculating the Percent of One Value to Another In Same Filter?
John Northrop Sep 6, 2018 1:42 PM (in response to Naveen B)Thanks for the help, but it didn't really work. Maybe I don't know how to add it to my worksheet?
I created the three calculated fields, but it does not show when I add to the worksheet.
