Are you experiencing this error is multiple browsers?
I have also seen one user reporting that the issue was being experienced when they had SAML configuration issues. Please double check the SAML configurations and log out and back into Tableau Server.
I would also open a Support Case with Tableau Technical Support and provide them a snapshot of the logs.

I encountered this issue & was able to solve it by clearing my cache.
