# Total

• ###### 1. Re: Total

If the data is consistently laid out like the screenshot, we should be able to set up a simple boolean and consolidate the two columns into one calculation:

IF ISNULL( 'Total Actual Cost in KSEK' )

THEN 'Total Forecast Cost in KSEK'

ELSE 'Total Actual Cost in KSEK'

END

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Hi Josephine,

Create calculations like below

Total Actual Cost in KSEK:

{Fixed [Cost Element L1 Desc],[Cost Element L3 Desc],[Cost Element (Group)]:SUM(ZN( actual cost in KSEK))}

Total Forecast Cost in KSEK:

{Fixed [Cost Element L1 Desc],[Cost Element L3 Desc],[Cost Element (Group)]:SUM(ZN( Forecast cost in KSEK))}

Click on the Created Fields --> Convert to Discrete

Drag next to [Cost Element (Group)] column you will get your required O/P

Hope this helps kindly mark this answer as correct or helpful so that it will help others

Hi,

Thanks for these. But the problem is a column total or grand total for the Total Actual Cost and same for the Forecast Cost.
