Is this a reoccurring issue or has it stopped happening since the server restart?
If it hasn't happened again then it's hard to say. May have been due to a server OS patch/update.
If it is still happening then contact Tableau Support right away. Make sure you include the TS log files that will include at least one or two days of the error condition, and let them know the days that the error occurred so it makes it easier for them to trouble-shoot. In the mean time, find out if there were any changes made to your server environment, including OS patches.
I think our issues were related to the faulty KB4338815 Windows OS patch.
This past weekend, our server was upgraded to the latest Windows patches, and so far so good. I'll continue keeping a close eye on the Server processes.
Yup, same issue for me but with a vizql process. Reboot "fixed" it
