Good day Pearl.
Tableau has a tutorial for having sheets appear and "disappear" on a dashboard. It's based on parameter and an associated calculation as a filter. It's a handy trick! The link is: Create a View (Sheet) Selector for Your Dashboard
Hi Pearl ,
I have created a Video on the same at my channel as well --->Dynamic Sheet Selection-Tableau (Reprise short version) - YouTube
Hope it helps !
Please mark it as CORRECT & HELPFUL if it really helped you so that it can help others as well.
Thanks for responding but i am actually looking for dashboard i have 8 dashboard and i want to use one dashboard with can drive all 8 dashboards not sheets.
Thanks Danial, I am using story but thought if possible to that as per my requirement.
Well, if building a dashboard that incorporates the sheets (and hides them) isn't an option, the only other thing I can think of is building a dashboard with a URL fed from a parameter, with the URLs of all the dashboards as the values in the parameter list. This assumes you are publishing on Tableau server, that the dashboards are available via the web. It's a little awkward though, in if the URL changes you'll need to update the all-in-one dashboard. Here's an example using Tableau Public:
