      Hi Folks,

Below are the definitions for the KPIs:

Users Logged In: Numbers of users who have logged in to their respective dashboards for the selected time period. We are flowing this data into dashboard using PostgreSQL

Total users: These are the total number of users assigned to each dashboard.

Percent Used: This is calculated as: (Users logged In / Total Users)*100

Issue while Developing: We are not able to get “Percent used” as we don’t have a total user count for each dashboard as all the users are added on tableau server site and are not categorized based on dashboards. For total users at dashboard level, we are using another table from our database. While calculating total users, for each dashboards we are not able to use distinct count (COUNTD) as this is not feasible in case of secondary data source.

      Looking forward for your suggestions.

      Thanks,

      Vipul
