How to get the label be the count of records that make up the mark?

    Toby Erkson

I need help with displaying labels on my marks. I'm talking about this button:   I can't get the total number of records that make up the mark to display as a label.

For each mark displayed I want the label to show the total records that make up that mark.  Example:

      Click on the mark...

...and click on the View Data... link...

...in the View Data window click on the Full Data tab...

...and we see that this one mark actually has three rows of data associated with it...

...so it is that value, the number of rows associated with the mark, that I want as the label for the mark.  In this example it would be 3.

      The desired end result:

None of the obvious beginner stuff worked for me (e.g. Count([_background_tasks].[id1]).  Version 10.5.3 attached.

Optionally, if there was a way to offset each mark so they all could be present, and thus be seen, would be great, too!  Then a label on the mark wouldn't be necessary.
