Firstly, you'll need yo Pivot all your years in Tableau, so you've got a single column containing all years. Simply open your Excel file in Tableau, highlight all years, rightclick and select pivot. You can then rename your new columns to 'Year' and 'Maternal Mortality Rate'.
Your example shows a small multiple or Trellis chart. In order yo recreate that, you'll want to drag years to columns and Maternal Mortality rate to rows. It'll show you that the mortality ratio has been decreasing for all countries from 1990 to 2015.
Next, we need some formulas. Create two calculated fields:
Drag Rows to the rows shelf and Columns to the column shelf. Right-click on each of them and change them to discrete.
Drag Country Name to Detail on the marks shelf.
Right-click on Rows and Columns again and select 'Compute Using' and then select Country Name for each of them. You can now change your line chart to an area chart, change the colours and add labels. See the attached workbook for reference.

Many thanks, I followed your suggestions and managed to come up with the attached workbook. Something is not quite right, when you hover over the charts, more than one countries appears.
