Filter parent by attribute of child

I have a dataset that contains properties and buildings.  Each property contains multiple buildings  The buildings have specific characteristics (see table below for an example).

      PropertyBuildingAttribute
      A1Tall
      A2Short
      B1Green
      B2

      Blue

      C1Red
      C2Tall
      D1Short
      D2Green
      E1Short
      E2Red
      F1Tall
      F2Red

Here's the challenge:  If any building on a property has a specific attribute, I would like to keep that property, and show all the buildings. For instance, if we use "Tall" as the attribute, the results should show the following, keeping all buildings on property A, C, F:

      PropertyBuildingAttribute
      A1Tall
      A2Short
      C1Red
      C2Tall
      F1Tall
      F2Red

I can filter to just the Tall buildings, but I can't seem to figure out how to keep the other buildings associated with that property.  Help!
