As far as I know this option is not available for mac.

I don't think it ever will be, it's tied to some "Microsoft only" technology that has never been ported to Mac.

mortenbodaugaard.jrgensen Jun 29, 2018 12:09 AM (in response to Chris McClellan)The name of said technology is Joint-Engine-Technology (JET) and actually the reason why legacy connections are not available for Excel for Mac is because Access is not available for Mac and the JET engine is more or less the Access engine.

Fortunately, I found another resolution to exclude data without using "<" or ">" in the data connection setting window.
Anyone who has the same problem with me could try this to create a measure by adding a calculated field.
"COUNT(IF [metrics A]=[metrics A'] then null else [calculated metics C] end) "
