You can add in a data source filter and use relative dates:
However please note that this is done a date part basis.
ie if we're on October 16th, it will find the last X months based on the month part. It will bring back october, september, august, july, june and may for the WHOLE months. Not up until the 16th of May.
my client want to see daily data load... do you think these will impact the view.

If the database is SQL try creating a custom SQL view for the fields you want to visualize.
Hi Prasanna,views are created on transaction dates and pulling based on parameter filter( Today, select date and date range ).. so i am not sure how do i insert parameter in to table... i am getting some error...and its getting failed ... its a support project, i don't even know much business logic behind this.
