    Spilt names

      Hi all,

       

      I have the requirement

      here I attached excel sheet

      in the task name column i some names are there i want separate that names

      ex some names start with "WS" that WS names are one column and Phase 1, phase 2, phase 0 that names are one column and phase 1a, phase 2a etc that names are one column

      how can i achieve it please help me

          Try these calculations:

          WS:

           

          IF CONTAINS(trim([Task Name]), 'WS') then

          REPLACE(trim(left(

          mid(trim([Task Name]),find(trim([Task Name]),'WS') ),11)),':','')

          END

           

          To find Phase:

          if CONTAINS(trim([Task Name]), 'Phase') then

          REPLACE(trim(left(

          mid(trim([Task Name]),find(trim([Task Name]),'Phase') ),8)),':','')

          End
