How to display the max of a ratio ignoring filters

    Alban Fosse Fosse

      Hi Tableau Community,

      This is my dataset:

      RegionProductProfitSales
      R1P110100
      R1P220100
      R2P130100

I created a new calculated field Profit Ratio = sum(Profit)/sum(sales)

Then I would like to display the Maximum profit ratio for each region ignoring the filter on products.

As an example, even if I filter on Product=P1 only, the workbook should display the following:

      RegionMax Profit Ratio
      R120%
      R230%

I tried to calculate Max Profit Ratio as: {fixed Region: sum(Profit)/sum(sales)} but it does not work....

      Any idea?

      Thank you

      Al
