Depends on what you're actually trying to do with the formatting, i.e., would it be displayed at the row level for an account, or are you trying to create a mailing list or...???

Unfortunately, that won't work for what I am trying to do. I am doing this so that we can track inspection dates, expiration dates etc... If I make them Colum's it gets ugly from what I can see. We have replaced another data reporting tool and trying to make Tableau work for us in the same manner. Having the Business combined and presented well will be a huge help.

I get it now...please see below screenshot for your answer. I mocked up my own version of your workbook. Please format your workbook calculation labeled as "Provider Information" exactly as shown in the below screenshot.
Essentially it is providing a "hard carriage" return to get the formatting you need.
