    Custom color palette not loading in Tableau 10.4

      Hi,

      I have a Tableau file which I need to have a custom color palette. I created the Preferences file and saved it in Repository. But the Tableau is not loading this palette.

      Below is my preferences HTML code.

      <?xml version='1.0'?>

      <workbook>

      <Preferences>

      <color-palette name="My Regular" type = "regular">

      <color>#ffe600</color>

      <color>#fff27f</color>

      <color>#808080</color>

      <color>#999999</color>

      <color>#c0c0c0</color>

      <color>#f0f0f0</color>

      <color>#f04c3e</color>

      <color>#00a3ae</color>

      <color>#646464</color>

      <color>#7fd1d6</color>

      <color>#91278f</color>

      <color>#c893c7</color>

      <color>#2c973e</color>

      <color>#95cb89</color>

      <color>#ac98db</color>

      <color>#d8d2e0</color>

      <color>#336699</color>

      <color>#333333</color>

      <color>#ffff00</color>

      </color-palette>

      </Preferences>

      </workbook>

      Could you let me know what could be wrong? Is it related to Tableau version?

      I have another file which shows the same palette under a different name but it was not in the new file I created. That's why I had to create a custom palette in the first place.
