How about creating a calculated field with the following definition:
IF [Date]>=TODAY()-2 and [Date]<=TODAY() THEN
Then add this calculated field as a filter on your worksheet and filter on "Include"
Thanks for the response Ken, but i'm just defaulting the dashboard to today. The user can select any day from the filter. Say if he selects 4/12/2018, he wants to see 4/12, 4/11/ and 4/10.
Similarly for any date. I don't think i can use today() in this case. If i'm getting it wrong, could you please use the worksheet i attached to show me the solution.

I see. The only approach I can think of uses a parameter. The calculation would then use the parameter name instead of today(). But you wouldn't be able to default the parameter value to today.
