Hi everyone.

I would like to count overdue and show a percentage at the same time, but my percentage was calculated only one bar.

The result of percentage must be:

Thank.

Hi Norrapat

Seems like easy, but sometimes handling multiple measure values are difficult.

Here is two options neither of these does not meet your expectation fully.

A. G.total is missing in one worksheet. (Sheet 1)

B. Bar is not side by side. (Shewt 2)

Thanks,

Shin

Hi Norrapat,

Shinichiro Murakami gave a good solution.

The alternative approach is the following:

1) Overdue > = 4 %

SUM([Overdue > = 4]) /

MIN({SUM(

IF [Agreement Status Name] = 'Commenced' or [Agreement Status Name] = 'Termination Approved'

THEN [Overdue > = 4]

END)})

2) Overdue 1 - 4 up %

SUM([Overdue 1 - 4 up]) /

MIN({SUM(

IF [Agreement Status Name] = 'Commenced' or [Agreement Status Name] = 'Termination Approved'

THEN [Overdue 1 - 4 up]

END)})

Done.

Trust this helps.

Hi Shin san,

Thank you for answer my question.

I prefer option A because option B look a bit strange for present, but total is important for this graph .

I will try to find out a solution.

Thank,

HI Norrapat,

Sometimes, to seek the Exact view which you currently have is very time-consuming.

Instead, change the view itself based on the "function" of each line/bar and so on.

This is the one example to show the total.

Thanks,

Shin
