The solution will heavily depend on knowing the configuration of the server environment, see a previous thread on this issue (Could not locate unexpired trusted ticket ). It could be that if using a Proxy, Tableau Server is not trusted or also a problem with the
creation of the ticket, here are some possible solutions: Error "Could not locate unexpired trusted ticket" | Tableau Software. This will require further digging and will probably be solved faster by contacting Tableau support.
