Not sure what do you mean upper limit and lower limit, is it the stand deviation as shown below?

I tried following the video on control charts but was able to build file attached. I am trying to calculate upper and lower control limits using last 7 days sales (moving average). Could you please help me as the outliers are not updated based on the limits that change as per SD selected in the parameter. Could you please assist.
