Sankey: changes on starting points and width depending on filter

    Natalia Dominguez

Dear Tableau community, I've been looking at the Sankey posts in the forum and still cannot figure out why in the sankey I'm working with (created using the lines method) there is the following issue:

The starting points of the lines change for some of the months in a way that there are empty white spaces between them.

Below there are two screenshots; first one is for a given month and second for a different month. For most of the months results are like in the first case, which is optimal. However I cannot understand why the spaces between lines are appearing on the second case.

I've been trying to change the starting point of the lines to make them higher, but can't figure out how to do it.

Any idea will be much appreaciated! Thanks!
