Thanks for replying. That's a good idea. However, in my real data set there are over 1,000 names, and one Area may only have 8 people in it, 3 of which visited. When I clicked "Show Empty Rows", that added all 1,000 to the list, so that's a lot of scrolling to find 3 people. If "Show Empty Rows" could filter when the Area is filtered, that may work? Ideally, I'd like to have two different sheets: one with a list of 3 visitors and another sheet with a list of 5 non-visitors.
I have same issue - do we have a solution for that ?
