I already tried below steps:
Resolve FlexNet licensing errors when activating or opening Tableau Desktop
1. Verify the system date and time
2. Verify that the FlexNet Licensing Service is installed
3 Repair trusted storage
At this step I waited for 30 mins after I give the repair command
But it didn't end by itself. I had to abort it.
Also I am not able to launch versions other than 10.3 in my laptop
That issue occurs for a variety of reasons. If you haven't already, try the resolution steps in this article: Error "Licensing Check In Progress" Repeatedly Appears | Tableau Software You may need to work with your Network Administrator, if that isn't you, to whitelist the licensing service.
If none of that works, I would recommend opening a case with Support. They'll be your best resource to sort out the issue and get you back to exploring your data!
