Thanks for the reply, LÉNAÏC, Yes, this issue can be solved by refreshing the dashboard, but it's difficult for the end user to spot it in the first place.
Thanks Patrick, I'll check our current setting and adjust it to the recommended one. I think "Refresh more often" is the one we are after:
Refresh More Often—The database is queried each time the page is loaded. The data is still cached and will be reused until the user reloads the page. This option will ensure users see the most up to date data; however, it may decrease performance.
Ideally, Tableau Server should have a mechanism to clear the cache once a connected data extraction has been successfully refreshed.
