# Calculation to count months billed in

I have a table that shows each consultants name, the last 12 months and in each month how many deals / sales they have made.

What I need to do is say that if in any given month the value is greater than 0 then '1' else '0' so I can run further calculations on that but I can't figure out how to do this.

Once I've done that I want to count those and divide it 12 and then multiply by 100 to get the consultants "participation" percentage for the last 12 months.

Thought I'd got close with this thread - IF current month Sales is Zero THEN but it generates a 0 for each row however, I can kind of understand it but I'm not versed enough in this area to see exactly why.

Hi again Jim!

Boy am I glad you're on here, another one solved!

There's a whole bunch of operators there I didn't know existed, I'd never have got to the bottom of it without you.
