Hi Guys,

I have to combine two date fields into one date field.

Can you help me how formulate this one.

Input:

2    12/02/13     14/11/2017

3     6/07/15      18/10/2017

OUTPUT:

Id  Date

1  11/01/12

14/12/2016

2   12/02/13

14/11/2017

3    6/07/15

Simple use the below formula and replace with your dates

STR(MONTH([Ship Date])) + '/' + str(DAY([Ship Date])) + '/' + STR(YEAR([Ship Date]))

+ '  ' +

STR(MONTH([Order Date])) + '/' + str(DAY([Order Date])) + '/' + STR(YEAR([Order Date]))

Hi suresh

I want to combine date fields in single column.

My input is like below

And output should be in the above format.

I am combining date fields so that i can show sale value and the changeorder values based on Financial years.

For Example. Lets say sale happens in 2015 with Value 200 and Change order happens in 2017 with value 700

Means 2015 will show 200 and 2017 will show 700-200.

Please let me know if its not clear.

here you are not combining date, you are actually combining the value... in this case instead of date you have to combine value and display the value as group so that you will get the desired output....
