      Senior FP&A Business Intelligence Manager/Developer

      $100K+ (base and bonus)

      Job Summary

      • Build highly interactive, customizable Tableau dashboards used throughout the Company
      • Analyze, define requirements, develop and create documentation for dashboards
      • Champion dashboard quality, consistency, usability and reliability by documenting and applying best practices to design and development
      • Manage data collection and analysis, development, validation, and application of inputs and outputs of Tableau Dashboards from multiple data sources 
      • Write Microsoft SQL queries to access, extract, transform and load data
      • Work with and lead Tableau super users and other development team members to understand their information needs and create ongoing reporting solutions to help drive business decisions
      • Meet timelines and deliver needed content to help make business decisions, learning to refine solutions to better fit complex situations and communicating effectively with all project stakeholders


      Technical Skills/Qualifications

      5+ years of experience preferred, highly qualified candidates with less experience will be considered

      • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
      • Background in FP&A, accounting and/or financial analysis preferred
      • Experience with KPI creation and definition preferred
      • Experience with complex data analysis and visualization
      • Experience with AGILE delivery (iterative development important) preferred
      • Strong communication skills and analytics translator/storytelling capabilities
      • Proficiency with creating Tableau dashboards, workbooks and databases
      • Tableau certifications (certified professional) preferred
      • Demonstrated experience with building, implementing and supporting Tableau visualizations
      • Intermediate-level(+) experience with writing Microsoft SQL code
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other products, such as Excel, Dynamics, SQL and Azure
      • Self-motivator and willing to learn without direct supervision
      • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and organizational skills; attention to detail; and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
