Export Calculated field from Tableau workbook

Hello Everyone,

How to download/export all the calculated filed in to excel from Tableau workbook because there is some changes need to make but if I change one of the outcome value I do not know the impact, if I know the what are all the calculation then we know what is the impact. Please any one let me know how to export.
