    Find duplicates

    LG GG

I'm trying to identify duplicates.  An entry is considered a duplicate if the entry name and entry date are the same as in a previous entry.  I want to count one instance of "Jill" for example in the table below, not three.  I won't know the names in advance and there could be multiple duplicates.  Is there an easy way to count only one instance for records with the same name and entry date?  There are other details associated with each record but I want to use only the "entry name" and "entry date" fields to identify duplicates.

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.

      Table:

      Entry NameEntry Date
      Michael1/1/2017
      Phil1/1/2017
      Phil1/2/2017
      Jack1/1/2017
      Jack1/2/2017
      Jill1/1/2017
      Jill1/1/2017
      Jill1/1/2017

      Results should look like this:

      1/1/20171/2/2017
