Is this isolated to just the one data extract? Or have you tried other ones or other ones using the same data source type and get the same error?
There are two workbooks and they are using the same data source. They are geting the same error. Is this causing the problem?

Could you please try to refresh the extract in Tableau Server using the Tableau Data Extract Command-Line Utility that comes with Tableau Desktop.

Could you describe the details of this issue more? I'm experiencing the same error with a Tableau Server extract refresh running 10.3. Our older 9.0 server doesn't produce the same error with the same extract.
I would recommend opening up a Support Case so that we can add your case to the ongoing investigation of this issue. Currently this error is only affecting certain versions of Tableau Server.
