    Issue with sfdc-canvas-adapter

    Kiran kumar Patnaik

      Hey Experts,

We have a new requirement to integrate Tableau with Sales force using sfdc-canvas-adapter.

-Tableau configured with F5  load balancer

-Sparker installed on a separate server with Tomcat7. Configured with self signin

      - Added Spraker server IP/host name in tableau server

      Did a test with https://*****:8443/sparkler/status

      Here is the output

      Sparkler Status

      Container Type: Tomcat

      ParameterValue
      sparkler.app.statuspage
      true
      sparkler.log.level
      ALL
      sparkler.log.rootlevel
      ALL
      sparkler.sfdc.consumersecret
      *****************
      sparkler.sfdc.emaildomainsallowed
      @****.com,@****.com
      sparkler.sfdc.useridentifierfield
      email
      sparkler.tableau.host
      ***.abc.com
      sparkler.tableau.issecure
      true
      sparkler.tableau.port
      443
      sparkler.tableau.signedidentityskewseconds
      300
      sparkler.tableau.test.username
      xyz\user1
      sparkler.tableau.usetrustedtickets
      true

      Tableau Server: https://****.abc.com:443
      User:

      xyz\user1

      Proxy Server: none

      Tableau Server Connection: [fail]
      Reason: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

In status i can see there is some issue with connecting to Tableau from Sparker. It is showing Tableau server connection as "fail" and reason:

      Reason: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

Need your valuable insight on this issue. Looks like some issues with conencting to Tableau server from Sparker server.
