I'd recommend making your parameter an integer parameter, where Ascending is 1 and Descending is -1.
Then, you can create a calculated field that you'll use specifically for the sort (I called it "No - Sort") with formula:
Finally, sort Sales in your view Ascending by "No - Sort".
When you change the parameter, it should switch. Essentially what this does is takes the negative value when you want Descending. So Tableau will sort ascending by the negative values (which is descending of the actual values).

Requirement is when user select Ascending Order and Descending Order Option in Parameter,
When User click Ascending Order option in parameters that value will be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
And When User click Descending Order option in parameters that value will be 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
Also Sales string are specifically assign to No e.g h-8,g-7 f-6 etc.
