    Vlookup in Tableau and Not Excel

      HI

       

      Simple Vlookup

       

      one file has this.

      Question), which I can do in excel with one hand tied behind my back,  but do not know in tableau. H

      How do I do a v lookup so I will add the termination date  (2ND COLUMN)  in a different table to the last column (after base pay) in the table above?

       

      - Please in a few word also explain the theory?

       

      It is so basic, but still lacking from my understanding
