You can use Set to exclude 0 and then you can drag that Set to filter and replace the original filter with that.
Go to your Dimension, Right Click, Create Set, Take out 0 and Keep Others and Drag that Set to Filter. 0 would go away.
Ugh, I still don't see anything that resembles "exclude zero and keep others".
Is that perhaps not available on Tableau Public?

So, if you are trying to remove zeros from your report or visual, what you can do is drag the measure used in filter section
and mark it to show atleast 1 like below:
1. Drag the measure you want (continuous field), then click on All Values
2. then select the range as At least and enter 1 click OK .
After this, you will only see data which has values from minmum 1 and there will be no 0s.
