Hi all,
New Tableau user here, finally getting the hang of it.
We have a new data page on our website set to launch on Wednesday with a bunch of simple Tableau Public Visualizations embedded via iFrames. They were built using Tableau Desktop 10.3. Several people at our company are reporting that after they scroll down the page for awhile, they get a message that says "An unexpected error occurred. If you continue to receive this error, please contact your Tableau System Administrator" (attaching screenshot here).
What can I do to prevent this?
We're launching this page on Wednesday and expect it to attract a pretty large audience as this is the 10th anniversary of this study.
The page with the data is here: https://www.nonprofithr.com/2017-nep-survey-new/ (password: nphr)
Thanks so much for your help - I really appreciate it!
Alyssa
Hi Alyssa,
Tableau Public was experiencing some service interruption on August 21st. Information on staying up to date with Tableau Public statuses we have the Tableau Trust site. Tableau Public | Tableau Software Trust
The Tableau trust will display the current status of Tableau Public and will be the location for receiving updates regarding any potential issue with the service.
Cheers
