      To determine the various factors that contributed and lead to employee attrition.

      The dashboard was designed in such a way to determine the attrition rate, company’s objective factors such as Business Travel, Distance from Home, Percent Salary Hike influences the attrition.

      Another dashboard was designed to determine the factors that lead to attrition based on the performance and sensation of employees.

      Hence to identify the factors that lead to attrition, a comparison is made between the employees who lost in attrition and the employees who stay in the company and are evaluated on different factors.
