Hi Everyone,

I have a Question/problem i would like to get your response and approach in order to bag it.
I.e I have a workbook with 24 Dashboards and 62 sheets in it, its connected to a tableau data source(Extract of a MSQL server on tableau server) these are scheduled for refreshes this workbook was developed by some one from client end i need to find out the data, and all the fields which are used for the particular workbook. I have followed by approaches, i would like to know is there any best approach.

It sounds like you will want to explore the topic - Custom Admin Views - Create Custom Administrative Views in the Online Help. Toby Erkson has an document on using this data source as well -Server admin reports for workbooks, data connections, data sources, and their schedules

If you are using a version of Tableau Server that is less than version 10 you can use this: What's in your workbooks? The TWB Auditor v2.1
If you are using version 10 or higher of Tableau Server then use this: What's in your workbooks? The TWB Auditor

I think the TWB Auditor will be more helpful for your situation.
