You can, but it is generally not recommended. You don't want Tableau and the "other" services competing for resources.
Thank you for responding . we are doing a POC so it is okay even if it is not recommended but can you please provide a link or knowledge base which has steps regarding how to do this please ?

It's hard for me to say - you are the owner of the POC and are familiar with the requirements & outcomes you're looking for. You also know how the "other" apps behave. Running Tableau Server on the same server as other apps isn't a best practice, period. It can sometimes lead to poor performance.
If you and the business owners won't really be judging "performance" as one of your outputs during the POC, then you'll probably feel comfortable ignoring the guidance.
